Previous experience in multi-day hikes and good physical condition are recommended, as the terrain can be demanding with steep ascents and descents. - How difficult is the Choro Trek?

Our guide will provide boiled water for drinking. If you wish, you can bring water purification tablets as an additional measure. - Will I experience altitude sickness?
It is possible to experience mild symptoms of altitude sickness at the beginning of the trek in the highest areas. We recommend acclimatizing in La Paz for at least one day before starting the hike and following our guide's instructions.
