Booking Policy
Making Reservations
Reservations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the requested service start date.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations will be confirmed after receiving payment corresponding to 50% of the total service amount.
Upon payment receipt, a confirmation email or message will be sent with the details of the reserved service.
Payment Policies
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the departure date.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer (PayPal or WeTravel)
- Credit or debit card
- Cash at our offices
- Cash to the responsible person in La Paz
Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 7 days in advance: 80% refund of the paid amount
- Between 7 and 2 days before: 50% refund of the paid amount
- Less than 48 hours: No refunds will be made
- Date changes: Subject to availability, minimum 3 days in advance
No-Show
Documentation
It is the passenger's responsibility to carry the required documentation (ID, passport, visas, or others) for the destination.
Uyuni Viajes is not responsible for the lack of necessary documents.
Responsibilities
We are not responsible for cancellations or modifications to itineraries caused by force majeure, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other official restrictions.

Reservations for large groups must be made with a minimum of 15 days in advance of the requested service date.
Complete data for each passenger must be provided, including full name, identification document, and contact details.
Payment Schedule
For large group reservations, the payment schedule is divided into three parts:
Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit or debit card, or cash at our offices.
Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 30 days in advance: 80% refund of the paid amount
- Between 30 and 15 days before: 50% refund of the total value
- Less than 7 days: No refunds will be made
- Reservation changes: Subject to availability, minimum 10 days in advance
No-Show
Documentation
It is the group's obligation to carry all required documentation (ID, passports, visas, etc.) for the destination.
Uyuni Viajes is not responsible for the lack of necessary documents.

Uyuni Viajes acts as an intermediary between service providers and clients.

Special Offer!
For group reservations of 15 people or more, Uyuni Viajes offers one passenger free of additional cost.
This promotion is valid only for group reservations made in a single transaction and under the same service conditions.
